How Long Is Shipping?


Shipping is 3-5 business days, after 48-72 hours of processing. Due to the pandemic, there may be a delay in deliveries. We appreciate your patience.

During bundle sales, holidays, and flash sales orders may take 7-10 business days to process, due to an increase in orders.

We will continue to make all efforts to ship out in a timely fashion.

What If My Product Arrives Damaged?


Here at Bella Rose Essentials, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. We will replace any product that is damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Bellaroseessentials@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.




Do You Accept Returns?


Most sales are final. We look at returns/exchanges on a case by case basis. We cannot be responsible for a refund because you do not like a scent after ordering. We may be able to allow an exchange. The customer will be responsible for exchange shipping cost if they do not like the scent.




Do You Ship Internationally?


Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We will update our social media handles, once we began shipping internationally.




Do You Offer Custom Orders?
